Select your desired items. If you prefer picking up your order, choose the nearest warehouse during this step. Add as many products as you like.

Once your cart is complete, click the cart icon (located in the top right corner) and review your selections before proceeding.
5. Checkout
Enter your delivery details, select a shipping method, choose your payment option, and then click “Complete Order” to finalize your purchase.

Warehouse Pick-Up
Choose to collect your order from one of our warehouses. This option is perfect if you’re nearby and prefer a personal pickup.
Local Delivery
We offer reliable local delivery services. Delivery fees will apply based on your location within the Philippines. (Metro Manila delivery is standard at Php 1500.)
Third-Party Logistics
If you opt to book your own courier service, Casa Nova Furniture will not be liable for any damage incurred during transportation.

Please Note:
- Bank transfer on delivery is available only in Metro Manila.
- Our "Kaliwaan Policy" is implemented. Once our driver delivers the item, payment will be deposited to our bank account.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Editing Your Order:
Once your order is placed, changes are not permitted. Should you wish to adjust your order, you must cancel it and then place a new order. For assistance, please contact our support team.
Cancelling Your Order:
Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not yet been processed. If you need to cancel, please contact our Online Support Team immediately. Once cleared by our finance department, you will be refunded immediately.
