You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to decide if you want to return it.

How to Return:

    • Tell us your order number, share some photos, and explain why you want to return it.

  2. Get Approval and Instructions:

    • We'll guide you through the process and give you the green light to return.
    • Follow the instructions we provide, including the return address.

  3. Pack it Up:

    • Put the item back in its original box.
    • Make sure it's unused, unassembled, and unchanged.
    • Don't forget to include the original receipt.

  4. Send it Back:

    • You're responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • There's a PHP 1,000 restocking fee for returned items.

  5. Check and Receive:

    • Once we get the item, we'll check it over.
    • You'll get a store gift certificate once it's cleared.

To Return, Your Item Must:

  • Be in its original box.
  • Be unused, unassembled, and unchanged.
  • Include the original receipt.

Reasons We Accept Returns:

Reasons We Can't Accept Returns:

  • Damage from misuse isn't covered.
  • Regular wear and tear isn't under warranty.
