2. Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are to be shouldered by the client. Casa Nova Furniture reserves the right to adjust shipping fees based on factors such as distance, weight, or other relevant considerations.
3. Damage Liability: Casa Nova Furniture will not be held liable for any damage that may occur during transit. The liability for the product ends when Casa Nova Furniture ships the item. Once the product is turned over to the courier, the customer assumes full responsibility for any potential damages. Please note that this applies to all shipping methods, except for our in-house courier service.
4. In-House Courier Exception: If Casa Nova Furniture utilizes its in-house courier service, liability remains with Casa Nova Furniture until the product is delivered to the customer. In such cases, the customer is not responsible for damages incurred during transit.
5. Same Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available until 5:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be queued for the next available delivery slot. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to provide timely and efficient service.
6. Delivery Queue: For orders placed for same-day delivery after 5:00 PM or for standard delivery, your order will be queued. We will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, and our team will keep you informed of the estimated delivery time.
